Model 7.5: ANP BOCR - Best Weight Loss Plan

Short Description

This model is a SuperDecisions software sample model. The purpose of this model was to fulfill the goal of determining what the best diet was among four alternatives: Atkins, South Beach, Slim Fast, and Weight Watchers. The model determined what the benefits, opportunities, costs, and risks were among these diets, set priorities and then did comparisons between all relationships. Overall, the best diet, as determined by our Decision Making Super Matrix, was the Weight Watchers diet followed by the South Beach diet. The loser in this analysis was the Atkins while the Slim Fast diet did not fair much better.
