Short Description

The goal of the following work is to determine the best way for worldwide actors to defeat ISIS, one of the most notable threats to mankind today. Using the BOCR methodology, possible alternatives were compared, guided by strategic and control criteria, to logically arrive at this best way. The analysis found that global alignment and cooperation against ISIS is the best option based on the many considerations related to the problem, while military and/or covert action would be the worst.
