Some of its current customers include Lowe’s, Tyndall Creek and Smith and Hawken (US), B&Q (UK), and Carrefour and Leroy Merlin (France). The current political situation in Bolivia has created unease among businesses, including Cimal/IMR. The instability and constant roadblocks have forced the company to look for alternatives. It must analyze the best area to locate its new assembly plant in order to achieve better-cost efficiency, lower risks, long-term sustainability and better customer satisfaction.
