The goal of this BOCR model is to help determine if the Kraft Heinz Company, which is currently co-headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA and Chicago, IL should close one location and move to having a single headquarter in either location or maintain both corporate locations. By looking at the company’s strategic goals, we can determine an outcome that best aligns to support their growth plan. The strategic criteria that were used in making decisions were the overall growth of the company, people development, and operational synergies.
