Giant Eagle has three formats which we have examined in detail in thie model, which all attempt to appeal to the different need states of their customers. The three formats include the Hybrid format, Market District format, and Good Cents format. We determined what the benefits, opportunities, costs, and risks were among these formats, set our priorities, and then did our comparisons between all relationships within the model.
